Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. All return requests are subject to review and approval by Yugaveera.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be approved in the following cases:

* Verified manufacturing defects
* Products damaged during transit
* Incorrect product received
* Missing components that were listed as included with the product

To request a return, customers must provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue for review.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted for:

* Change of mind after purchase
* Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design, appearance, size, color, or construction of the product
* Expectations differing from the product photos, videos, dimensions, or descriptions provided before purchase
* Natural characteristics of 3D printed products, including fine layer lines, surface textures, and minor finish variations
* Intentionally detachable, removable, magnetic, replaceable, or assembly-based components that form part of the product design
* Delicate features that are clearly shown or described on the product page
* Minor variations resulting from the handmade, artistic, or 3D printing process

Many Yugaveera products are highly detailed miniatures and collectibles. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product photos, videos, dimensions, and descriptions before placing an order.

Condition of Returned Products

Approved returns must be sent back unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns that show signs of use, modification, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may be rejected.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Yugaveera reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on the condition of the product and compliance with this policy.
